My name is Abigail Rumney, located in Syracuse, NY, USA. I am starting this campaign to raise money for a friend in Gaza whose baby needs urgent medical care that is not possible in Gaza. Funds are needed to secure a medical evacuation as soon as Israel opens the borders. Please read the family’s story below and consider donating and sharing.

Baby Jannah Abdul Rahim Al-Madhoun was born on March 18, 2025, but instead of celebrating her arrival, her family began a journey of pain and suffering. Jannah was born with one non-functioning kidney and suffers from Turner syndrome. Even more difficult, her tiny heart requires an urgent operation that cannot be performed within the Gaza Strip.

It’s not her fault… She hasn’t yet known the meaning of childhood. She hasn’t laughed, she hasn’t played, she hasn’t called her mother… but she’s fighting to survive.
